Membership and billing
Memberships are billed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change your plan, open your App Store or Google Play account settings → Subscriptions → Sculpt. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. New phone? Log in and tap Restore purchase.
Your account
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. To delete your account and data, open Profile → Delete account in the app, or email us.
Safety
Sculpt gives general fitness information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, and stop if anything hurts.
