Privacy policy

Who we are

Sculpt is run by Mia Madeline LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Sculpt app and website, why, who helps us run it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@sculptfitness.org.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address or phone number, and your password (stored only as a secure, scrambled hash by our sign-in provider; we never see it). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email or private relay address they share.
• Your answers: first name, gender, age, height, weight, goal weight, fitness goal, experience level, the equipment you have, how many days and minutes you train.
• What you log: workouts, sets, reps and weights, routines you build, your body-weight log, and the calories and glasses of water you add.
• Your membership: whether you have an active membership, which plan, and when it renews. Apple or Google handle the payment; we never see your card or bank details.
• App reports: when something breaks, a short error report (the screen you were on, the app version and your device or browser type) so we can fix it.
• Settings: whether you turned on reminders.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and we don't read Apple Health or Google Fit. Milestone share images are made on your phone and only leave it if you choose to share them. We don't show ads, we don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use it

To build and adjust your plan, save your progress and keep it in sync across your devices, send the reminders you turned on, run your membership, answer your support emails, keep the app secure and fix problems, and meet legal obligations. Your fitness and body information is sensitive, and we use it only to run Sculpt for you.

Who helps us run Sculpt

We use a few service providers. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase: accounts and the database that stores your data
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store and Google Play: subscriptions and payments
• Cloudflare and Vercel: our website, demo-video delivery and email forwarding
• Resend: account emails, such as confirming your email or resetting your password

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of selling or merging the business (you'd be told first).

How we protect it

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our database rules let each person read and change only their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete account), your account and everything stored with it are removed from our database right away; any backup copies are overwritten within 30 days. Purchase records kept by Apple or Google follow their own policies.

Your choices

• See and change your answers anytime in Profile.
• Turn reminders off in your phone's settings or in the app.
• Delete your account and data in Profile → Delete account.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@sculptfitness.org. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.

Age

Sculpt is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Effective November 2, 2026.
